Description:

I volunteer in a maker space on campus where I spend time running open hours and MIG Welding trainings. I developed an intermediate training to give students more practice with the welder and introduce them to the plasma cutter, angle grinder, and air sanders. The goal of the training was to let students touch (and learn) as many tools as possible during the two hour training to give them more confidence to come back and make their own project. The class is a simplified version of the welcome back sign I made.
