Description:

I was originally planning on just taking this class, but ended up TAing the class as I took it to help out the instructor. There were roughly 20 students in the class. I worked with Lee Zamir through the metropolis makerspace to help other students build wood veneer tissue boxes as I was building mine. The veneer was laser cut and then glued to pieces of plywood. A router was used to make the tissue slot and a palm router was used to round the edges. The box was sanded and also varnished. Some students also used wood to clean up edges after the class ended
